nope, they are not students, mostly ... the campus is a wide
open place ... anybody can come in, and it's impossible to check
...
lots of facilities are open to the public, like the chapel and
convocation halls for weddings, the sports facilities for
collegiate matches, etc, there's a number of tech start ups located
on the campus too ... and the campus pub is open to public as well
... strangers wander around all the time ...
